Breakfast in One Skillet

Instructions to Breakfast in One Skillet

Put some oil or butter in a frying pan. Avocado oil works well. Slice some garlic and red onions. Put the garlic aside and add the red onions to the skillet.

Take the salmon, put it on a plate, and season both sides with Himalayan Sea Salt, black pepper, and white pepper. Then, add the salmon to the skillet with the onions.

Add a pepper and some garlic to the skillet. Move the garlic around so that it mixes with the salmon juice.

Take a little bit of a hot pepper and add it. Then, it’s time to add the asparagus. Just bend the asparagus back from the top and wherever it breaks, add that amount. It is the perfect amount. You can use the rest of the stem for stock for other recipes.

Next, you can add some mushrooms, fresh basil, Cuban oregano, and some eggs.

Then, shake in some salt and black pepper.

After this, you mix the eggs with garlic, mushrooms, and onions. Mix the eggs around thoroughly.

Then, flip the salmon over so it gets nice and done on both sides. Once everything cooks for a few more minutes, take the eggs, onions, and mushrooms out of the skillet.

You can now add the potato bread. Soak up some of the juices with a few slices of potato bread. Then, flip the potato bread over and repeat. The juices will flavor the bread nicely. Fry the potato bread until it is a nice golden brown. But, take the salmon out as soon as it is done. Be careful not to overcook it. You want it nice and flaky, but not dry and overdone. Serve hot and enjoy!
